I've responded to all outstanding DA notes and sent out photographs of all commissions, and so now I should be back in the game!

I won't give you a sob story, but there's a reason I haven't been able to maintain a very stable web presence here. The last year has been very hard on me, and as a result I've started to change as a person, and not for the better. I'm trying very hard to get my ducks back in a row.

I have lots of art I've done in the downtime that I should be able to post at some point, but it may have to wait until May! Classes won't let up until then, and I'm barely holding on as it is.

Thanks anyone who is still out there, and I'll try to be more involved with this community again. I really have missed all of you

Whooah!! Sorry about going so quiet, guys, I've been completely wiped out from last week. Me and my roomate, as planned, went down to Seattle Rainfurrest to host an art table. It was a big success! Extremely exhausting, but I actually made a significant profit. The people there were really wonderful and it was a great learning experience. We had a booth set up right next to purplekeckleon, which was an honor!

Overall it went extremely well and I'm already making plans to attend again. Next time, I'm sure my drawings will be even better, and hopefully I'll even have something more to show from my "ongoing" (I wish it was MORE ongoing) project Mysteria. I'd talk more about the event, but "it was really great and tiring and went very well" sums it up nicely! We had VERY few instances of rudeness and it was hardly noticeable when paired against how polite the others were to us.

I hope you guys had just as good of a time last weekend, whatever you were doing. Now if you'll excuse me.... I'm going to nab some more sleep, then get back to homework! :'D

Commissions close tonight, so here's a last chance to snag something at my current rates if you want. I'll take two more slots, and then they'll be closed down until I can finish the list and set up new prices and examples. Commissions are now full and closed! Thank you so much for everyone that ordered one. Once I complete all of these and re-organize my prices/commissions page, they will re-open. Since school is starting soon, it may take a while, but I can definitely promise they'll be open again sometime in December at the very latest.

Sorry for people who have been waiting on trade slots to open up for so long! That, too, is something I'm going to try and make happen before school starts.

Hey guys! School is coming soon, and I'm planning a huge price revamp/DA page reorganization... and with it, will come massive re-pricing of all commissions! So at the end of August, all commissions will close until I can re-organize my commissions page to reflect new prices, examples, and estimated completion dates. You guys have about week to place any commissions you reaaallly want done at my current rates; after then, prices for all things are almost certain to go up.

Why?? Well, at this point, they're just not really worth doing!! :C My per-hour rate with these prices is less than $5 per hour, which really isn't sustainable, and isn't something I consider fair to myself anymore. There's just no way I could work on them before in competition with my schoolwork and other more profitable ventures; the incentive wasn't there. But I will give everyone interested a chance to get them at my current rates before I close up shop for a little while!

I will ABSOLUTELY complete any commissions I already have at the rates they were ordered on, so no worries about that! (I only have one ongoing at the moment, though, so that person probably already knows. For that special person, by the way, thank you very much for your patience!! I'm going to throw in something extra with your order~~)

Rainfurrest info!! I'm still trying to track down my temporary business license so that I can have a table at the artist alley this year. (I'm having trouble receiving it in the mail.) Artist alley tables at Seattle Rainfurrest are first-come-first-serve, so I am not guaranteed a place, but me and my roomate plan to come early for at least two days of the three-day con to sell wares. If you're going, please keep an eye out for us! We are already registered as guests for the entire convention, so we will be there come rain or shine.

I have yet to pick out/complete all the prints I want for the convention, but I do still have over a month... I'm going to do my best! Wish me luck!
