This was a character design commission from DA user :iconwhisper820: Thanks so much for commissioning! It was super fun and I think it turned out really well.

The commissioner (and some other kind folks who visited the livestream) guided me through the process and it was a great way to work.

Oh goodness no, that would be highly unethical to charge for a design of somebody else's species... I suppose there's resemblance, in the racket tailed drongo feathers on the tail?

Slightly yes and the pinion feathers coming from under the wings and ears seem rather avian as well. Although there are some differences that would make it non-avian like.

That feather comes from the tail, like on this species of bird; [link] rather than from the wings.

Aww goodness :'D I think I need more work! But thank you! I will get it together, I promise. I'm planning out some big projects this summer to really challenge me artistically. Right now, though, all my work is getting drained into something exciting >w> (and secret!)
